The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights. My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.

We certainly love to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. In order to do this, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately after making the reservation of the following details;

We generally offer late check-ins till midnight. Additional fees will apply as follows.

The waiting fee of GBP10 per hour will be asked if you arrive an hour later than the agreed time.

Since my passion is traveling around, staying at other holiday apartments or Hotels to compare and improve my own apartments, my aim is to create a beautiful but also practical accommodation to secure a memorable experience for my guests while staying in London.

My apartments are charming and all of them are located in the heart of the city – to conveniences such as tube station, international restaurants, grocery stores, touristic highlights, etc.

Me and my team know the details of each apartment, from the nuances of entering, to the best way to get there from the airport.

I personally stock each apartment with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pans so that when you go to open a bottle of wine there is a corkscrew waiting for you in the drawer!

Your check-in time starts from about 3:00 PM whereas your check-out time will be at about 10:00 AM. We always try to be flexible with these procedures, please inquire if we might offer a later check-out or an earlier check-in.

Please respect that we only accept the number of guests the apartment was booked for.

Please switch off lights and all appliances when you leave the apartment to avoid wasting energy.

Please ensure that the windows and doors are locked when you left the apartment.

Please respect your neighbors as you live in a normal building with normal tenants. For example, keep the noise level down from 10:00 PM till 8 AM and be nice if you meet someone in the hall or in the lift.

Pets are not allowed in our apartments. Additionally, we do not allow smoking in the apartment.

Please do not hesitate to call your guest manager when you need assistance.
