Set in the buzzing heart upmarket Kensington, this cozy apartment combines leafy Victorian residential squares, chain hotels, hostels, and busy commercial streets. Office workers and international travelers mingle in the fast-food joints and old-school pubs lining Earls Court Road. Cultural offerings include intimate pop and rock performances at the iconic Troubadour coffee house and contemporary plays and musicals at the Finborough Theatre.
This cozy apartment is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in London's famous Covent Garden village also known as Theatre Land. Our check-in time is from 3 pm onwards and on your last day, check-out time is 10 am. There is no parking on the property. Your apartment is on the Lower Ground Floor with a private entrance. You can find extra bedding for the sofa bed in the large storage unit in the closet.

Earls Court is famous for having restaurants offering just about any kind of food you’d like, which also makes it a favorite for tourists. 222 Veggie Vegan is one of the city's most popular vegan restaurants. A lot of the bars here have a speakeasy feel to them, with dark and brooding interiors, though there are some fun places to dance as well.
One place you absolutely need to go to is The Troubador London, which has seen musical stars like Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, and Adele grace its stage.
Amenities-wise, Earls Court has gyms, spas, supermarkets, libraries, public pools, superstores, and museums. You've also got the charming Normand Park, which has plenty of green space for lounging around, walkways and playground. There is also ample parking here a true rarity in London. For parents who have an autistic child, there is a nationally recognized school for autistic children.
Earls Court is bordered on the north by Kensington, on the east by Chelsea, on the south by Fulham, and on the west by West Brompton.

We really loved our stay in Nick’s apartment. Lovely, cozy and clean. It has great location: walking distance to Earl’s Court station, great restaurants and supermarkets. If you are coming with dog, there is a good dog walking area at Brompton Ceremony (5 minutes walk from the apartment). Nick was extremely responsible and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Suited us (young family and dog) perfectly and we would love to stay here again.
Photos were accurate. The host was very accommodating even on a short notice. The place was spot on and It was close to everything. I will definitely stay here when I get back to London. This is a gem in London.
Nick’s home was spectacular. One of a kind in Kensington, not sure why he hasn’t been upgraded to superhost already! Communication was great. He not only went out of his way to make check-in pleasant despite our late arrival but he also kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Nick made recommendations on places to go and things to do around Kensington and in London. Not only did we find a great Airbnb, we made a friend for life! I am definitely coming back!!!

Beautiful apartment, high end specifications throughout, huge living space and bedrooms, very comfortable. Thoughtful interior deco and furniture, nice touches making it very homely. Professional, friendly and very personal service given by hosts, who are attentive to your needs and requests - very unique service which you don't find regularly. Super comfortable beds! Highly recommended.
Nick's place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars (Hollywood Road) and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Nick was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Even invited us to a fun dinner party--totally recommend it!
Nick saved us in a pinch after another accommodation was an utter failure and we were stranded on the street. Not only did he make arrangements at the last minute for us, his place DID NOT disappoint. Everything was as promised. All was neat, clean and well appointed. The location is extremely convenient. Everything was spot on. Overall, it is top-rated since the staff is very flexible. I will definitely recommend it to those who stay in London.
